Ingredients
Topping #1 Margherita
Passata Base Sauce
Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Basil
Cracked Salt (to taste)
Topping #2 Garlic & Cheese
Garlic butter
Crushed Garlic Cloves
Garlic & Herb Salt
Oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Topping #3 Diavola
Passata Sauce
Spicy Salami
Chopped Red Chilli
Kalamata Olives
Chilli Oil
Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)
Method
To make the Margherita Pizza
- Begin by spreading passata sauce evenly.
- Add fresh basil leaves and small to medium pieces of buffalo cheese (ensure it’s dry if fresh). This will melt and spread as it cooks.
- Place the pizza in the Gasmate Portofino Pizza Oven for two minutes, turning every 20-30 seconds when you notice the pizza cooked at the rear.
- Take it out, slice, and optionally, add cracked salt for extra flavour.
To make the Garlic & Cheese Pizza:
- Mix pre-made garlic butter with 1 – 2 tsp of Garlic Herb Salt and 1 Oregano.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly across your dough and top with parmesan cheese.
- Place the pizza in the Gasmate Portofino Pizza Oven for two minutes, turning every 20-30 seconds when you notice the pizza cooked at the rear.
- Cut it out, slice it, and serve.
To make the Diavola Pizza:
- Begin by spreading passata sauce evenly.
- Add thinly sliced salami, then sliced olives, red chilli (to the desired amount), buffalo cheese if desired and top with small dollops of chilli oil.
- Place the pizza in the Gasmate Portofino Pizza Oven for two minutes, turning every 20-30 seconds when you notice the pizza cooked at the rear.
- Cut it out, slice it, and serve.
